At DualCartX, we are committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our business partners. We understand that issues can arise, and we have established a straightforward policy to address returns, especially for damaged or incorrect items, which are the primary grounds for returns in a B2B wholesale context.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

  • The product you received was damaged in transit.
  • You received an incorrect product (e.g., wrong item, color, or size).
  • The product is defective and does not function as described.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@dualcartx.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged or incorrect item.
  2. Await Authorization: Our team will review your claim. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Ship the Item: Once you have the RMA, securely pack the item(s) and ship them to the address we provide. We may provide a pre-paid shipping label for eligible returns.

Refunds or Replacements

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your claim. If approved, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Replacement: We will ship a replacement for the defective or incorrect item at no additional cost to you.
  • Store Credit: We will issue a store credit to your DualCartX account for the full value of the returned item(s), which you can use for future purchases.
  • Refund: We will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of wholesale, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than damages, defects, or incorrect shipments. This includes buyer’s remorse or overstocking. We encourage you to order samples if you are unsure about a product.
