Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Our goal is to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please note that during high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options to meet your needs.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Damages
DualCartX is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We also recommend you take photos of the damage to assist with your claim. If you need assistance, please contact our support team.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We are working to expand our services to international customers in the future.
